Regarding On-Camera Interviews, Capital Media Group's programming is informative, editorial and educational programming provided the broadcasters and distributors as free programming. Therefore, interviewee(s) and Participant(s) are not asked to complete a model releases. On-Camera interviews for Mission Critical, Feast Or Famine or other CMG program agree that the Program may be edited, at the sole discretion of the Producers, for any and all broadcasting, in any manner or media, in perpetuity, throughout the world. "The interviewee explicitly grants to the photographer and the producer and to his/her assignees and licensees the absolute right and permission to use, edit, broadcast and publish the photograph(s) image(s) referred to above, in which I am included, in any medium, throughout the world, without any restriction whatsoever as to the nature of the use or publication or as to the copy of any printed matter accompanying the photograph(s) image(s). I understand that the images may be altered and I waive the right to approve of any finished product. I understand that I do not own the copyright of the photograph(s). I certify that I am over 18 years of age and that I have the full legal right to execute this agreement." Each Mission Critical interviewee or on-camera participant agrees to the above statement.

Website What data do we collect automatically and why? When you visit CMGcommunications.com or MissionCriticalTV.com and you have not otherwise identified yourself (e.g., via registration with a CMG Site), our web server automatically recognizes your domain name, but not your e-mail address. We collect the domain name and monitor general site use and traffic patterns to improve our web site and the products and services we offer. CMG uses web server logs to collect data for metric purposes. Examples of the types of data collected on the logs are IP addresses, referral pages, date and time of Site access, and Site visited. We may use collected data to customize the content and/or layout of our pages for each individual visitor.

Do we use Cookies or Tracers? Cookies are small data files placed on your hard drive by a website server when you visit. CMGcommunications.com or MissionCriticalTV.com may use cookies for tracking purposes or to make the Site easier to use. Updated as of August 25, 2008 CMG will no longer be offering "bottom of the barrel" or "loss leader" quotes on an initial production in the hopes of future productions.
