This episode of Feast Or Famine will look into improving soil quality, reducing soil erosion and the impact soil has on feeding the world. This program's objectives are to educate the viewer about the importance of maintaining good soil quality and the various techniques to preserve topsoil and the impact soil quality has on food production.

In this episode Feast Or Famine worked closely with the USDA, the University of Wisconsin Madison, the Center for Global Food Issues, The Rodale Institute and other leading experts to help us delivery important information about Organic Farming, Conservation Tillage, Buffer Zones and the use of Biotechnology.
