Capital Media Group (CMG) opened it's doors in 2004 with a focus on supporting our uniformed personnel with pre-deployment education. CMG's first series of educational programs was titled "Military Snapshots" with distribution to AFRTS, Army.mil and The Pentagon Channel. A few years later, CMG was selected as a media subcontractor to produce IED pre-deployment training videos funded by TSWG and JIEDDO.
Over the years, CMG has produced hundreds of educational videos such as suspicious package and IED awareness videos for first responders, accredited disaster response educational content, homeland security training content, and healthcare professional education. CMG has also develop simulator recordings, troop supportive Public Service Announcements, as well as DOD contractor and non-profit organization videos.
Military Snapshots was filmed on Army bases and Navy Ships with the support of Army and Navy public affairs. Each program was designed to introduce available pre-deployment training opportunites to our deploying troops.
Contracted through TSWG and JIEDDO, these training programs were designed to educate deploying personnel concerning IED components, consealment tactics and counter-IED strategies.
This series was designed for the EOD Technician to maintain SOPs and Safety Protocols such as the proper execution of 5s and 25s.
Once CMG was known within various military circles, we received video production requests from various troop supportive foundations such as ASYMCA and the Wounded EOD Warrior Foundation.
CMG was also selected to produce custom videos for various military commands and government agencies.
CMG was selected by several DOD contractors to produce High-Definition branded product or service focused videos for website or tradeshow broadcast.
CMG provides real-world audio recording services to enrich the training experience and delivery of simulator effects. These audio records help immerse the student in the environment, from the sound of the engins from within the aircraft, to the audio calls from the payload master, pilot, co-pilot... all play a role in immersive training.
CMG can work with any command, agency or foundation to develop national TV concepts for national broadcast or AFRTS. CMG's "Hometown Heroes was hosted by General Norman Schwarzkopf and featured heartwarming stories about our returning toops.
